This week, Lleal participated in NTALKS #02, the second technical conference organized by NT Process in Granollers, a meeting that brought together more than 65 industry professionals from companies related to food, chemical and process engineering.

We were invited to be part of a session in which several specialized companies shared knowledge, experience and solutions to some of the main challenges facing the industry today, especially in areas such as solids handling and operations optimization.

Mixing, granulation and solutions to optimize solids processing

Lleal’s presentation focused on the mixing and granulation process.we covered different approaches to solids processing, with special attention to powder mixing, improvements in rotary equipment and horizontal static equipment, as well as the benefits of roller compaction as a highly effective solution for dry granulation and for improving product behaviour throughout the process.

Lleal’s presentation allowed us to share solutions aimed at improving performance, optimising product transfer, reducing post-mix segregation and addressing specific needs for specific densification and granulation needs in different industrial environments. We also shared real cases and technical improvements applied to process equipment, reinforcing our commitment to the development of solutions adapted to every need.
