New integrated vacuum feeding system in TRI-AGI turbines

At Lleal, we continue to refine our process solutions to help industries producing creams, ointments and sauces gain efficiency and control. After a year of development, testing and validation, the new vacuum feeding system for solids and liquidsintegrated into the TRI-AGI turbines— is now available, designed to speed up emulsification and enable a more hygienic operation.

TRI-AGI integrates critical stages of the manufacturing process for sauces, creams or ointments into a single unit —pre-mixing, addition, emulsification/dispersion, deaeration and thermal control— avoiding product transfers and simplifying operation. Its counter-rotating mixing system and bottom-mounted turbine promote more effective product circulation and minimise dead zones, improving batch homogeneity.

What improvement does TRI-AGI introduce?

We have redesigned the conventional turbines by incorporating a vacuum feeding system through the turbine itself. With this enhancement, the addition of solids or liquids and the start of emulsification occur at the same point, speeding up ingredient incorporation and reducing emulsification time.

The new design also enables a more hygienic operation: it removes fasteners in contact with the product and reduces corners and dead zones, making cleaning easier and strengthening process safety.

New turbine option: TAZ for high viscosity

In addition, we have introduced a new turbine option, the TAZ, featuring an integrated triple rotor–stator assembly, ideal for high-viscosity ointments and creams that require maximum dispersing capacity and a consistent texture.
