{"id":53169,"date":"2026-04-17T11:24:35","date_gmt":"2026-04-17T09:24:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lleal.com\/lleal-participa-en-la-jornada-tecnica-ntalks-02-sobre-tecnologies-de-proces\/"},"modified":"2026-04-22T12:20:03","modified_gmt":"2026-04-22T10:20:03","slug":"lleal-participa-en-la-jornada-tecnica-ntalks-02-sobre-tecnologies-de-proces","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lleal.com\/en\/lleal-participa-en-la-jornada-tecnica-ntalks-02-sobre-tecnologies-de-proces\/","title":{"rendered":"Lleal participa en la jornada t\u00e8cnica NTALKS #02 sobre tecnologies de proc\u00e9s"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>This week, Lleal participated in <strong>NTALKS #02<\/strong>, the second <strong>technical conference<\/strong> organized by NT Process in Granollers, a meeting that brought together <strong>more than 65 industry professionals<\/strong> from companies related to <strong>food, chemical and process engineering<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<p>We were invited to be part of a session in which several specialized companies shared knowledge, experience and solutions to some of the main challenges facing the industry today, especially in areas such as solids handling and operations optimization.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\" id=\"h-mezcla-granulacion-y-soluciones-para-optimizar-el-tratamiento-de-solidos\"><strong>Mixing, granulation and solutions to optimize solids processing<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Lleal&#8217;s presentation focused on the <strong>mixing and granulation<\/strong> process.we covered different approaches to solids processing, with special attention to powder mixing, improvements in rotary equipment and horizontal static equipment, as well as the benefits of roller compaction as a highly effective solution for dry granulation and for improving product behaviour throughout the process. <\/p>\n\n<p>Lleal&#8217;s presentation allowed us to share solutions aimed at <strong>improving performance, optimising product transfer, reducing post-mix segregation<\/strong> and addressing specific needs for <strong>specific densification and granulation needs<\/strong> in different industrial environments.
