INFORMATION FOR THE USER<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Who is responsible for processing your personal data?<\/strong><\/p><p>LLEAL S.A.U. shall be responsible for processing the personal data of those INDIVIDUALS who have created a profile on any of its social media platforms, and such data shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of 27 April (GDPR), Organic Law 3\/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD), and the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), providing the following information on processing:<\/p><p><strong>What do we process your personal data for?<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Purpose of processing:<\/strong> to maintain a relationship between the USER and <strong>LLEAL S.A.U<\/strong>. (hereinafter, the CONTROLLER), which may include the following operations:<\/p><ul><li>Processing requests and enquiries submitted to the controller<\/li><li>Providing information about activities and events organised by the controller<\/li><li>Providing information about products or services offered by the controller<\/li><li>Interacting through the official profiles<\/li><\/ul><p>When the CONTROLLER collects and processes personal data through its social media platforms, USERS shall be informed about the purpose of the data collection, as well as about their rights in relation to their personal data. Personal data shall be used solely for the stated purposes and shall be kept securely. <\/p><p><strong>Legal Basis for Processing:<\/strong> the explicit consent granted by the USER for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes (Article 6.1.a GDPR).<\/p><p>Furthermore, the USER may access the privacy policies of the social media platform itself at any time, as well as configure their profile to ensure their privacy.<\/p><p><strong>How long will we keep your personal data?<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Data retention criteria:<\/strong> the data shall be retained for as long as the USER does not withdraw the consent given, as indicated in this privacy policy.<\/p><p><strong>To whom do we disclose your personal data?<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Disclosure of data:<\/strong> the information provided by the USER through the CONTROLLER\u2019s social media platforms, including their personal data, may be published, always depending on the services used by the USER, and may therefore become publicly available to other third-party users of the social media platforms. From the profile of each social media platform, the USER can configure what information they wish to make public in each case, view the permissions that have been granted, delete them or deactivate them, as well as any third-party application that they no longer wish to use. <\/p><p>However, no disclosure of personal data to third parties outside the social media platform is envisaged, unless it is essential for the development and execution of the purposes of processing, in which case it may be disclosed to our communication-related service providers, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processing agreements required by the applicable privacy regulations.<\/p><p><strong>What are your rights?<\/strong><\/p><p>Rights of the USER: these may only be fulfilled in relation to information that is under the control of the CONTROLLER.<\/p><ul><li>Right to withdraw consent at any time.<\/li><li>Right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of your data, and to restriction of or objection to its processing.<\/li><li>Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority &#8211;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aepd.es\/\">www.aepd.es<\/a>&#8211; if you consider that the processing does not comply with the applicable regulations.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Contact details for exercising your rights<\/strong>:<\/p><p>LLEAL S.A.U. USE OF THE PROFILE<\/strong><\/p><p>The CONTROLLER shall carry out the following actions:<\/p><ul><li>Access to the public information of the profile.<\/li><li>Publication on the USER\u2019s profile of all information already published on the CONTROLLER\u2019s social media platform.<\/li><li>Sending personal and individual messages through the channels of the social media platform.<\/li><li>Updates to the status of the page that will be published on the USER\u2019s profile.<\/li><\/ul><p>The USER may always control their connections, delete content that is no longer of interest to them and restrict with whom they share their connections; to do so, they must access their settings, where they will find different configuration options in relation to the level of privacy of the user profile on the social media platform.<\/p><p><strong>3. PUBLICATIONS<\/strong><\/p><p>The purpose of social media is to give visibility and dissemination to the activities carried out by the CONTROLLER. These tools store personal data on the servers of the respective services and are governed by their own privacy policy. <\/p><p>Once the USER is a follower or has joined the CONTROLLER\u2019s social media platform, they may publish comments, links, images, photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by it. In all cases, the USER must be the owner of the published content, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights or have the consent of the affected third parties. <\/p><p>Any publication on the social media platform is expressly prohibited, whether texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that attacks or may attack morality, ethics, good taste or decorum, and\/or that infringes, violates or breaches intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights or the Law. Offensive, defamatory, illegal or inappropriate comments or content will not be tolerated on the company\u2019s profiles. The Company reserves the right to remove such comments or content and block the responsible users.  <\/p><p>In such cases, the CONTROLLER reserves the right to remove the content immediately, without prior notice, and may request the permanent blocking of the USER..<\/p><p>The CONTROLLER shall not be held responsible for content freely published by the USER.<\/p><p>The USER must bear in mind that their publications will be known to other users, and therefore they themselves are primarily responsible for their privacy.<\/p><p>Images that may be published on the social media platform shall not be stored in any file by the CONTROLLER, although they will remain on the social media platform.<\/p><p><strong>4. DATA OF MINORS OR PERSONS WITH SPECIAL CAPACITIES<\/strong><\/p><p>It is recommended that the terms of use and privacy policy of each social media platform be reviewed and read at the time of registration, taking into account the different age requirements for doing so.<\/p><p>Likewise, the CONTROLLER shall be expressly released from any liability that may arise from the use of social media by minors or persons with special capacities, whose access should be carried out under the supervision and control of their legal representatives.<\/p><p>The CONTROLLER reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
