The COAXIAL dissolver is a processing equipment designed for the mixing and dispersing operations of products, both liquid and with a viscosity of up to 1 million cP.

They are high-throughput machines, equipped with two agitation systems, with independent motors and an adjustable speed.

The central main shaft consists of a cowles-type dispersing disc with high shear power. This system is complemented by a coaxial drive blade, which turns around the vessel, pushing the product towards the vortex generated by the turbine. A scraper, usually made of PTFE, is installed at the end of the blade, adjustable to the inner diameter of the vessel, which sweeps the walls to prevent the creation of impurities.

For processes that require it, this equipment can incorporate a cover prepared to work under vacuum.
