AGL, AGM & ACM vertical agitator

Industrial vertical agitators are highly versatile dispersion equipment, designed to adapt to various configurations according to the specific needs of the process. These vertical agitators are prepared to be installed on different supports depending on the location; that is, they can be fixed to a wall, column, or floor. In addition, they have the option of incorporating a mobile support, which offers greater flexibility and facilitates relocation as is required.

They are designed to effectively perform mixing, dissolution, dispersion, and homogenisation operations, depending on the type of turbine installed. According to the process, high-shear cowles discs, marine propellers, rotor/stator heads, axial propellers, radial propellers, axial with folding blades propellers, etc., can be installed.

We offer three series:

• AGL, with a lightweight support for wall installation, designed for preparing small batches from 25 to 300 L.
• AGM, with a most robust support for wall and floor anchoring, designed for batches from 250 to 1,200 L depending on the product and viscosity.
• ACM, installed on mobile supports (dimensions according to requirements) with wheels and handle to move the vertical agitator easily around the work floor.

The mixing head can be manually raised in two ways, depending on the needs:

• Manually by using a counterweight that facilitates the movement of the head, allowing easy adjustment by the operator.
• Automatically by means of a pneumatic cylinder or a geared motor, guaranteeing more precise control and improving the ergonomics of the equipment.
