Granollers, October 19, 2020. Lleal successfully completes the manufacture of a new MIR RMIR-1200-TAI MIR Reactor, sold to a national enterprise leader in the chemical sector. This reactor has been specially designed for transform mercury into inert, a process of vital importance for the safe transport of this product.

The RMIR reactor is the ideal equipment for fast and accurate mixing of powdered or granulated products with very different densities. By combining a doble product agitation system composed by ploughing blades and two high shear perpendicular turbines cause local turbulences in the product, highly efficient for the mixing process.

In addition, it is manufactured to work with high pressure and temperature inside due to its totally hermetic design, with pumped fronts ends and an external coating with rock wool, that allows it to isolate and maintain a constant temperature.
